Theme presets

Backpocket includes 9 built-in theme presets that you can apply with a single click: Each preset defines a cohesive combination of colors, fonts, and styling. Apply one as-is or use it as a starting point and customize further.

Custom theming

Beyond presets, you can customize every visual aspect of your space:

Fonts

Choose custom fonts for:
  • Heading font — Used for your space name and section headings
  • Body font — Used for save titles, descriptions, and notes

Background patterns

Add a subtle background pattern to your space for visual texture. Patterns overlay the background color.

Light and dark mode

Your public space supports both light and dark modes:

You configure separate color schemes for light and dark modes, so your space looks great regardless of the visitor’s preference.

Layout options

Choose how saves are displayed on your public space:
A clean, vertical list with one save per row. Shows title, description, domain, date, and tags. Best for content-heavy spaces where readability matters.

Applying a theme

  1. Go to Settings → Public Space → Theme
  2. Browse presets or switch to Custom mode
  3. Adjust colors, fonts, pattern, and layout
  4. Changes are saved and applied instantly
You can preview your public space at any time by visiting yourslug.backpocket.my — changes apply instantly, so what you see is what visitors see.
