The Backpocket web app is the full-featured experience for managing your content library. It runs on any modern browser and gives you access to every feature — including rich notes, domain management, and keyboard shortcuts.

Visit backpocket.my

Go to backpocket.my and click Get Started.

Create your account

Sign up with your email, Google, or Apple account. Authentication is powered by Clerk with secure JWT tokens.

Land on your dashboard

You’ll arrive at your personal dashboard — this is home base for all your saves, tags, and collections.
There are two ways to save from the web app:
Press N or click the + Save button in the top bar. Paste a URL and Backpocket will:
  • Auto-extract the title, description, and thumbnail from Open Graph tags
  • Normalize the URL by stripping 40+ tracking parameters
  • Check for duplicates and warn you if you’ve already saved this link
The dashboard is organized into a few key areas:
